•  Our normal opening hours are from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You can also order from our Website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

•  All items of equipment come with a guaranteed minimum Manufacturers 12 Months Parts & Labour Warranty, and some items of equipment carry longer periods of Warranty. For example, the Lincat Opus 700 range comes with a guaranteed 24 Months Parts & Labour Warranty as standard. Please refer to individual product description for more details.

•  How safe is it to use my Credit/Debit Card when paying online ?

•  Yes it's safe and very fast. We do not store any Credit/Debit Card details or any other sensitive information at www.sggemmell.com .

•  Are there any alternative methods of payment ?

•  We do advise that you allow up to 7 days for delivery. However if you order before Noon, most goods will be dispatched next day for delivery in 2-3 days. In the case of unexpected delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

•  Do you install or commission equipment ?

•  S G GEMMELL LTD  is an equipment distributor and do not install or commission equipment. Whilst many items can be simply connected without the need for expert installation, we do have some larger items of gas and electrical equipment that will require the skills of trained and qualified installers. All gas installers must be Corgi registered by law.
